Like many others, he used the restaurant’s page to give his review but what made his review unique was: the language medium he chose to address the management with. Haadi addressed his issue in salees Urdu and people were quite impressed with it. Then the restaurant, being the real game changer, jumped in with a 3-page long reply which was also in salees Urdu.
